Thank you for supporting Truth About Freedom.
We take pride in producing quality apparel and accessories that stand for faith, integrity, and freedom. Each item is made on demand, just for you. Because of that, our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Made-to-Order Products

Most of our products are printed or embroidered individually when you place your order.
This helps us reduce waste and maintain high standards, but it also means we can’t always accept returns due to size or preference.

We do, however, stand behind our products completely.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective

  • You receive the wrong product or size due to our error

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@truthaboutfreedom.com.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo if applicable.

Once verified, we’ll promptly issue a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Because our products are custom-made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size, color, or style chosen by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

Please double-check size charts and product descriptions before ordering.
If you’re unsure, email us first and we’ll help you find the right fit.

4. Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or delayed in transit, we’ll help you track it down.
For packages confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.

TAF is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellations

Orders are sent to production shortly after purchase.
If you need to cancel, contact us at support@truthaboutfreedom.com as soon as possible.
If production has not yet started, we’ll do our best to stop the order and issue a full refund.

7. Exchanges for Size or Preference

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we can often provide a discounted reprint instead of a full replacement.
Email us for assistance — we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
